Founders Matthew Tsoumaris, Nathan Godin and Elena Arsenov established the concept after noticing a gap in the restaurant market for Greek food that was quick and casual while still remaining fresh and healthy. They traveled to Greece for flavors and recipes that could be transported home, and collaborated with several Greek chefs, to come up with the authentic, simple and flavorful menu of It's All GRK.
